When: Wednesday June 10, 2009
Time: 7:00pm
Location: Old Center Town Hall, # North Rd.
Mission:
To advise as to potential long-term viable operational uses for the Old Town Hall and North Town Hall buildings. Provide interim updates and a final report to the Town Manager and make a presentation at a Board of Selectmen meeting.

· Estimate the projected cost of the proposed use of each building. This will include utility, custodial, insurance, maintenance, and other operational costs.
· Maintain effective communication with the Permanent Building Committee, which will be developing a capital investment plan of the cost to renovate each building.
· Assist the Town Manager in the integration of the utilization study committee’s findings with the Permanent Building Committee’s capital investment plan to develop a recommendation for the long-term use of each of the buildings.
