Members

The Chelmsford Council on Aging is made up of eleven members appointed by the Town Manager. The members serve in an advisory capacity and work with the Director to develop policy, programs and services. COA meetings are held at the Senior Center on the second Wednesday of each month at 9:00 A.M., and are open to the public under the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Council members are appointed on a rotating basis, each for a period of three years, and may serve a maximum of six continuous years.
